How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Custom orders or backordered items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made products and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches before committing to a large purchase. You can find our swatch kits under the 'Samples' section of our website to ensure the color and texture match your decor perfectly.
How should I care for my Pepper Home textiles?
Most of our cotton and linen products are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. However, we recommend air drying or professional dry cleaning for our premium velvet and embroidered collections to maintain their quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include more international destinations in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we may be unable to make changes.
