We want you to love your Pepper Home pieces as much as we loved designing them. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your space, we accept returns on all standard items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee.
